Location: Bristol City Centre, requires 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Fundraising team in Central Bristol and start their career in the charity sector.  

The Database Assistant will provide administration support for the Fundraising Department. They will be responsible for daily administration support including recording donations, and accurately importing data and income onto Raiser’s Edge in a timely and accurate manner. They will ensure data across the department is kept up-to-date and will also act as a point of contact for day-to-day data-related queries.

About you

You will have experience using databases and inputting data with excellent attention to detail, while always keeping a professional approach to managing confidential data. You will be skilled in using different IT packages such as Microsoft Office and have the ability to undertake training on other IT packages as required.  This role is of administrative nature and requires you to work closely with other members of the fundraising team, supporting them where nessecary.

An understanding of data protection and experience of using Raiser’s Edge is desirable but not essential.
