About the role
We are looking for an organised and efficient individual who would enjoy a varied administration role. Working as part of a busy and really friendly team, you will assist in a range of tasks including data entry, invoicing, administration and handling a wide range of telephone calls. You may also assist with some HR and finance tasks.
With experience of working in administration, you will need the ability to prioritise a busy work schedule and meet set deadlines. Effective communication skills are essential to deal with incoming telephone calls and a wide range of internal and external queries that arise.
You will be involved in a wide range of administrative tasks which requires excellent organisational abilities. The role involves regular use of Word, Excel, Outlook and databases, so excellent IT skills are essential. Efficient minute taking skills and experience in petty cash handling would be desirable.
Government legislation is coming into force on 11th November, which states that all individuals working in registered care homes must be fully vaccinated.
If you have not been vaccinated yet and are not medically exempt, you will need to be fully vaccinated by the 11th November 2021 as we may require you to operate in services which are Care Quality Commission registered.
This means you will need to have had your first vaccination by the 16th September at the latest followed by your second one by 11th November 2021 allowing 8 weeks between them.
If you are medically exempt, you are required to provide us with the relevant documentation stating this.
