#Care to join us?

We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly and welcoming team here at Hft for a six-month fixed term contract. This is your chance to make a real difference to people's lives.

You will be a part of a wider recruitment team covering the South West region.

Who are we?

Hft is a national charity providing services for people with learning disabilities.

If you’d like the opportunity to make a real and positive difference to someone’s life every day, then you’re in the right place.

What will you be doing?

As a recruitment administrator, you will work closely with local services and recruitment business partners, ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, reducing the overall time to hire whilst creating a positive candidate to employee journey.  You will also be responsible for setting up recruitment events and job fairs as well as managing local social media platforms.

You will be part of an established and forward-thinking team that delivers a wide range of recruitment services to ensure we attract the very best talent from the most diverse pool of applicants possible and maintain our position as an employer of choice locally and nationally. You will act as a first point of contact for queries from both hiring managers and candidates, pre-screening candidates, booking interviews and collating the relevant paperwork required for pre-employment checks.

What’s in it for you?

There are a range of benefits and career development opportunities at Hft. We’ll give you a comprehensive induction, full training, and support along the way.

With Investors in People and Skills for Care accreditation we are committed to investing in you to ensure you have the specialist skills and expertise needed to support people to live the best life possible.

We offer

  • Access to the Hft Plus benefits package, which includes a great number of discounts and rewards across shops, restaurants, gym membership and days out; but also an Employee Assistance Programme, with telephone and face-to-face support options.
  • Access to award winning training and development – Hft is one of only four charities to have achieved the Skills for Care ‘Centre of Excellence’ provider status
  • Free DBS Check

We ask all our teams to take advantage of the Covid-19 vaccination, which is offered to frontline support workers as a priority group. In some types of service this vaccine is required by law, but we strongly encourage everyone to be vaccinated (across all our services) to ensure both the safety of the people we support and our colleagues.

Find your place with us and change lives.
