We are looking for our next Head of Brand, Communications and Marketing to join our friendly and welcoming team here at Hft. This is your chance to make a real difference to people's lives.
What will you be doing?
The Brand, Communications and Marketing team is responsible for raising the profile of Hft, ensuring we are the organisation of choice for adults with learning disabilities, their families, supporters, future employees, commissioners, funders and decision makers.
This role leads a team of communications, digital, marketing and creative specialists to reinforce our brand at every touch point, build strong social media communities who can amplify our brand, and reach out to new and existing audiences through our owned and earned media channels. The Head of Brand, Communications and Marketing plays an essential role in raising our profile, positively shifting perceptions of the organisation and increasing consideration to support Hft. The role works within our wider Senior Leadership Team and with the Executive Team to ensure the delivery of our strategic goals.
Our future Head of Brand, Communications and Marketing will also be the custodian of the Hft Brand, ensuring it is appropriately and consistently applied and protected across all touchpoints, and supports the representation of Hft as a modern, relevant organisation in touch with the needs of adults with a learning disability today.
You will be an experienced leader from a brand and communications background, leading multi-disciplined teams to deliver against organisational objectives.
You will be someone who has proven experience of developing and delivering long term communications and marketing strategies which deliver impact. You will be excited by the opportunities within the digital world and have experience of building digital communities and audiences. You will enjoy working in a busy, performance driven team, juggling multiple high-profile projects.
You will also have experience of delivering organisational rebrands, and supporting a creative team to deliver a brand in creative and impactful ways at every touchpoint.
You will always be looking for new ideas and ways of improving how we work and the performance of the team. Working as part of Hft’s leadership team, you’ll have the opportunity to influence significant change across the wider organisation and your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will help Hft to thrive.
