Contract - Temporary contract until 30th September 2022 with a possibility of an extension.

Office hours from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Hybrid working 2 days in the office and 3 days home based. Employees are required to be available and engaged in work-related activities during the core working hours.

Location – Central Support Services - Bristol. 

Salary information – £9.90 per hour

Working hours – 37.5 hours per week

What will you be doing?

To provide administrative assistance to the billing team in Contracts & Revenue department. The incumbent will perform daily clerical work and support departmental projects, data management, and other general office duties.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty in a satisfactory manner.   • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
    • Excel
    • Word
    • Outlook
    • PowerPoint
    • Database uses
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Ability to problem-solve issues.
  • Must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
    • ​​​​​​​Support with building data bases in excel for people to be able to extract information.
    • To support staff in task collaboration
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to abide by applicable standards of conduct, policies, and procedures.
  • Any other adhoc duties that may arise in relation to Billing and Revenue.
